What We're Looking For
Experience coordinating freelancers, talent, or creators (UGC or influencer background a big plus)
Exceptionally organised โ you thrive with multiple moving pieces and never drop the ball silently
Strong communicator โ clear, direct, and not afraid to chase or push back
Proactive by default โ you don't wait to be asked if something looks off
Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Slack, and project management platforms
Detail-oriented when reading briefs and threads โ context before action
Works well across time zones and remote-first environments
Confident daily user of ClickUp and Slack โ these are central to everything we do
Strong written and spoken English
Available full-time on GMT/BST timezone
Background in content production, UGC, or performance creative
Understanding of Meta/TikTok ad creative formats
Experience working at a creative or marketing agency
What You'll Be Doing
Manage all creator coordination as a one-person department
Brief creators clearly on expectations, timelines, and deliverable standards
Follow up on creator progress and flag delays to the team immediately (so clients can be notified early)
Escalate creator issues when unsure of how to handle
Hold creators to high standards and communicate expectations clearly

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Video Editor in a paid social, performance marketing, or DTC brand context.
Strong portfolio of short-form social video work (Meta and TikTok experience required).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience is a bonus).
Knowledge of how to use editing to drive key metrics like hook rate, CTR, and watch time.
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Creative problem-solving skills โ especially when working with limited or mixed-quality raw footage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Edit short-form ad creatives (UGC, mashups, high-production footage) optimised for Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Apply performance-first editing principles: strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, quick cuts, and clarity over complexity.
Incorporate client brand guidelines while ensuring content feels native to the platform.
Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and transitions that enhance engagement without distracting from the message.
Collaborate with creative strategists to ensure final edits align with the adโs emotional target and performance goals.
Maintain an organised workflow for projects, file management, and feedback revisions.
Stay updated on trends, editing techniques, and platform features.
